This 2-day corporate training workshop was held at KASB Bank Karachi for all its risk coordinators, focusing on the implementation of an operational risk management framework. The training was designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks effectively within the bank. The sessions covered essential aspects of risk management, including the development of risk control mechanisms, incident reporting, and key risk indicators.
