Terms of Service

TELEPHONIC CONFIRMATION – Upon receiving your order, a representative shall contact you to confirm your order and schedule a convenient time to arrange delivery. In case you do not receive a call within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

DELIVERY – You can cancel an order at any time BEFORE or DURING the telephonic confirmation. Items once confirmed cannot be returned. However, if you find that the items delivered are not what you ordered or there are noticeable signs of transit damage or defects, please DO NOT take delivery. Instead contact the supplier mentioned on the receipt, discuss your reservation and ask the delivery person to take the items back to the supplier for a replacement.

QUALITY – It is assumed that once you take delivery of the items and make payment, you are satisfied with the quality of the items sold to you. Products sold on our site are on “AS IS” basis provided by local manufacturers and suppliers without any risk or liability on our part. We cannot entertain any claims towards quality, durability, workmanship or other issues for the items purchased. Such claims should be referred to respective manufacturers / suppliers as mentioned on the receipts provided at time of delivery.

DELIVERY and PAYMENT INFORMATION – As part of these terms of service, you confirm having read and understood the updated delivery information page and payment information page in the footer of the website and agree to pay all applicable charges including any additional charges that may apply in replacing or exchanging your product.
